On Friday, September 12, 2025, Tooro Kingdom will celebrate the 30th Empango (coronation anniversary) of Rukirabasaija Omukama Oyo Nyimba Kabamba Iguru Rukidi IV.

Since his coronation in 1995, Rukirabasaija has exemplified visionary leadership, guiding the Tooro Kingdom with dedication and foresight.

This year’s Empango, themed “Visionary Leadership,” will honor his remarkable three decades on the throne and celebrate the progress and unity achieved under his reign.
