It is with profound sadness that I extend my deepest condolences to the Royal Family and the people of Tooro following the passing of His Majesty Omukama King Oyo. I Yves; as a Rwandan, I join you in mourning an extraordinary leader who dedicated his life to cultural preservation, environmental protection, and youth empowerment across our region.
