On behalf of the Chancellor, University Council, Senate, Management, Staff, and Student Body of Kabale University, I convey our deepest condolences to the Royal Family and the citizenry of the Tooro Kingdom on the untimely transition of His Majesty Omukama Oyo Nyimba Kabamba Iguru Rukidi IV. His Majesty was an exemplary cultural leader who championed youth empowerment, progressive development, and educational values with unwavering dedication. During this period of national mourning, Kabale University stands in resolute solidarity with the Abatooro community and petitions the Almighty God to grant the Royal Family and the nation the fortitude, solace, and divine comfort required to bear this monumental loss. May his exceptional legacy endure, and may his soul rest in eternal peace.
