I am deeply saddened by the passing of His Majesty, Rukirabasaija Omukama Oyo Nyimba Kabamba Iguru Rukidi IV of Tooro Kingdom. My heartfelt condolences go to the Queen Mother, the Royal Family, the people of Tooro and the entire nation of Uganda during this difficult time. His Majesty will be remembered for his youthful leadership, devotion to his people, preservation of Tooro’s rich cultural heritage, and commitment to youth empowerment and development.
