I'm still in disbelief I can't believe we would lose our king at a very young age he was so full of life and loved his people a lot this is a massive loss that I don't think I will ever recover from it I will live with it for the rest of my life... I would be practicing how I will talk to him incase I got the chance but that never happened may his highness king oyo kabamba iguru rukidi IV rest with the angles till we meet again
I stand with the people of Tooro during this hard period. I urge them to stay united and calm throughout this time. May His Majesty Oyo Nyimba rest in eternity

On behalf of the Street Deejays Radio family, we extend our deepest condolences to the Royal Family, the people of Tooro Kingdom, and the Babiito Clan following the passing of His Majesty King Oyo Nyimba Kabamba Iguru Rukidi IV, the Omukama of Tooro. His Majesty’s passing is a great loss to Tooro and Uganda at large. We remember his leadership, humility, commitment to his people, and the hope he inspired among the young generation. During this difficult time, our thoughts and prayers are with the Royal Family and all those mourning this profound loss. May His Majesty’s legacy continue to inspire generations. The late King Oyo carried the crown with great poise. His legacy in promoting youth skilling, sports, environmental conservation, public health, cultural tourism, integration, and stronger institutions in the kingdom will echo across generations to come. Rest well, Rukirabasaija Oyo Nyimba Kabamba Iguru Rukidi IV.
