It is with deep sorrow that I join millions in mourning the untimely passing of His Royal Majesty, King Oyo. Though he left us at a young age, his reign and the dignity with which he carried the ancient throne will be remembered with honour. May his soul rest in perfect peace, and may the royal family, the people of Karuziika hill, and the entire Tooro kingdom find strength and comfort in this difficult time.
I extend my heartfelt condolences to the Royal Family, the people of Tooro Kingdom, and all Ugandans who have been touched by this great loss. You are always remembered Your Majesty.
Its so sad that our tooro king has left us but l believe that God has given him a better place in Jannah ok paradise right now l am not their to bury him but am live and our dear mother of tooro kingdom am very sorry for your loss may God console u plus the wife,siblings,child and others l wish l was their to bury but l could not be there may God strengthen our hearts and be strong in this harsh time He is always loved and always my favourite

Very sad we have lost a very functional King. An excelent inspiration to Tooro and the world. As a student at St. Leos college kyegobe Fortportal in the 90s I witnessed the passing of your father and your anthronmemt. Sad that I have to live through the passing of 2 strong Tooro pillars. It was with great sadness, profound sorrow and grief that we learnt of the transition of His Majesty Omukama King Oyo Nyimba Kabamba Iguru Rukidi IV. King Oyo was A magnificent cultural icon who spent his life elevating the Art, Cultural heritage, & identity of the Tooro Kingdom and Uganda on the global stage. His reign was a shining example of wisdom, dignity, Humility and servant leadership. His vision gave life to cultural expression, empowering young creatives to honor their roots while progressing with innovations for the future. “A great tree has fallen in the forest of our heritage, but its roots will remain forever in the soil of our hearts.” The departure of our great King is an immeasurable loss not only to the Royal Family and the people of Tooro, but to the entire nation and the annals of history. My Deepest Condolences go out to The Royal Family and the people of Tooro Kingdom. May the Almighty grant comfort and fortitude to the Royal Family, and MHSRIP
