Messages of Condolence
I believe I am the only Jamaican living in Tooro Kingdom, and the people of Tooro have embraced me and lovingly given me the empaako Akiiki. As a daughter of Jamaica, though I hold no official position, I stand in solidarity with my adopted community. I respectfully extend my condolences to the people of Tooro on behalf of the Jamaican community. Jamaica mourns with the people of Tooro and is saddened by the loss of King Oyo. May His Majesty King Oyo rest in eternal peace.
KINGDOM OF WINYI MESSAGE OF CONDOLENCE TO THE KINGDOM OF TOORO I, Omukama Kafunende Wasajja, as the leader of the Kingdom of Winyi, together with the princes, princesses, clan heads, officials, and all the people of our kingdom, convey our deepest condolences to the Kingdom of Tooro, the royal family, the officials, and all the people of Tooro. At this time of sorrow and grief, our hearts are united with those of the Batooro as we mourn the loss of their beloved one. We thank God for the life and service of the deceased, and we pray that God grants you strength, patience, and peace during this difficult time. The Kingdom of Winyi stands together with the Kingdom of Tooro during these days of mourning. Your pain is our pain, and we share your tears as our own. We extend our deepest condolences to the family, the Kingdom, the officials, and all those affected by this loss. May God grant the deceased eternal rest and comfort the hearts of all those left behind.
You died a young King who leaves a strong legacy of love , Unity, Development , Compassion , Spiritual that be-feats the journey of your fore father lied and the entire monarch and the globe will leave to testify , Rest well my King Rest with Angles in Heaven

Your Majesty King Oyo, you have fought a good fight, you have completed your course, you have kept the faith. Being confident of this very thing that He who began a good work in Tooro Kingdom will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ. To our beloved Queen Mother and entire royal family, you are strengthened and mightily helped by the holy spirit.
The demise of Omukama Oyo Kabamba Iguru Rukirabasaijja Rukidi IV was such unabsorbable shock to Uganda particular to the youths. As a youth with a great number of leadership aspirations, I had a number of items to learn from Omukama Oyo. It's unfortunate that He has left without having had such a rare opportunity. I call this unfinished conversation with King Oyo. The King is fallen but the future of Tooro continues. In my prayers and thoughts, I keep the Babiito, Babiiitokati, the people of Tooro and Ugandans as whole. Omukama Atulize, Amata Gatikire, Enkuba Etutire, Ogorobe Agutamba.
It is with profound sadness that I have learned of the passing of His Majesty King Oyo at just 34 years He reigned with dignity from childhood and inspired many My sincere condolences to the Queen Mother Best Kemigisa, the Babiito clan, and the people of Tooro May God grant you strength in this immeasurable loss

The Queen Mother and entire Toro fraternity and Uganda at large, there are no words to ease the pain of losing your beloved son. He was such a wonderful light, and he will never be forgotten. Your son meant alot to many Ugandans especially the young generation, and his beautiful spirit will live on in the hearts of everyone who knew him. May you find comfort in the Lord
