We join the people of Tooro and the entire nation in mourning the loss of a cherished cultural leader whose life and reign have left a lasting mark on the Kingdom and its people. May his legacy of leadership, unity, and service continue to inspire generations to come. In a special way, we would like to extend our deepest sympathy to one of our cherished parents, Mr. and Mrs Calvin Armstrong, the Prime Minister of Tooro Kingdom, and to all members of the Tooro Kingdom during this difficult time.
