The enforcement of these violent illegal activities is supported by the military and police forces of the 'National Resistance Movement' (NRM), alongside foreign military contractors. In a recent interview, the 'Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Tooro' denied his involvement in the forced evictions occurring in the village of Kahuna, opting instead to attribute responsibility to individual actors.
