The Federation of Ugandans in Germany extends its deepest condolences to Her Royal Highness the Queen Mother, who has lost a son as Tooro has lost its Omukama. We extend them to the Royal Family and the Royal Courts, to the Omuhikirwa and the officials of the Kingdom, and to the whole of the Obukama bwa Tooro. We extend them to the people of Uganda, who have lost one of the custodians of the institutions that hold this nation’s memory.
