I humbly submit my condolence message to the Tooro Kingdom and the entire country honouring the life and legacy of His Majesty the Omukama of Tooro. On behalf of Midland school communities ,we would like to thank God who kept Him till the day he passed away ."Therefore I call upon all the people of Tooro Kingdom to remain united, calm and prayerful during this profoundly difficult time". May His Majesty the King rest in eternal peace but not pieces
King Oyo's untimely death is not only a human tragedy but also an immeasurable loss for the Kingdom of Tooro and for Uganda. Oyo Nyimba Kabamba Iguru IV championed social justice, child safety, women's rights, and education. He drew attention to critical issues such as climate change and worked tirelessly not only for the people of Tooro but also for the Pan-African cause. As a UN peace ambassador, he also served international interests. I am deeply saddened to see such a young and ambitious man pass away so early, and my heartfelt condolences go out to his family, his closest associates, and the people of Tooro.

This loss finds us at a particularly poignant time. We were preparing to approach His Majesty with a proposal to serve as Patron of the Rwenzori Guild Coalition, not simply as a ceremonial figure, but as a source of wisdom, unity and guidance to a generation of young leaders committed to the future of our region. We therefore mourn not only with a Kingdom, but with a sense of a conversation that was yet to begin. Even in grief, our commitment to the unity, dignity and shared future of the Rwenzori remains unwavering. To the Royal Family and the people of Tooro, we stand with you, we mourn with you, and we pray with you. May God grant you strength and comfort, and may the departed soul rest in eternal peace. With heavy hearts, the Green Book Agenda joins the Royal Family, the people of Tooro, Ugandans and world over in mourning the passing of our beloved King. The loss of a King is a deeply painful moment. Beyond the crown and the throne is a human life, a father, a leader, and a symbol of identity and unity for Tooro. It's so sad to lose such a young , energetic, brilliant and visionary leader. We Baganda stand in grief for the loss of this Great cultural leader may the angels of the Lord receive him with joy and may his legacy keep glowing in hearts of His subjects
