His passing is a great loss, not only to the Kingdom of Tooro but to all those who respected and cherished his leadership, wisdom, and dedication to his people. May God comfort the Royal Family and the people of Tooro during this difficult time, and may the memory and legacy of King Oyo continue to live on. May his soul rest in eternal peace. My heartfelt condolences to the mighty kingdom upon the loss of our beloved king Oyo, the pain is too deep. it was so hard to believe and still hard, so untimely, he remains in our hearts forever
We continue to pray for the loyal family and the whole Tooro kingdom upon the demise of our cherished King Oyo. His Majesty raised Tooro flag so high. He legacy will leave for ever in Tooro and in Uganda and internationally. He is now in kingdom with the King of Kings. We pray for the Queen mother and Princes komuntale, for the loss of child and brother. The pain is deeper than anyone can fathom but the grace of God is sufficient. May God prepare a table for you in presence of your emenies. Annoit your head with oil, anoint the new king . And may Goodness and mercy of the Lord prevail in the Royal family and Tooro kingdom now and forever . Amen .
His Majesty was truly the King of our generation. As young Ugandans who grew up during his reign, we admired his humility, grace, and dedication to service. He was an inspiration not only to the young people of Tooro Kingdom, but to Uganda as a whole. Dear Tooro Kingdom, From our hearts to yours. I do not have words large enough for this goodbye. I only have love, and I send it to the people of Tooro and most tenderly to the royal family. You have lost a king. You have also lost a son, a brother, a father, and a leader. Uganda has lost the king of our youth. The world feels quieter without him. May God wrap you in comfort. May He steady your days and soften the nights. May this season of grief also become a season of remembrance of a life beautifully lived, a spirit generously given, and a legacy that will keep walking with you. May the soul of His Majesty Omukama Oyo Nyimba Kabamba Iguru Rukidi IV rest in heavenly glory. May the king we grew up watching now rest in the peace he so often prayed for. Tooro, we hold you close. I have read of, listened and watched news on the late king Oyo with pain and have been reminded harshly of the mortality of man. I am however very happy that the young king was a christian. I wish the family he has left behind well. Please be condoled by these words of the scripture “Where, O death, is your victory? Where, O death, is your sting?” The sting of death is sin, and the power of sin is the law. But thanks be to God! He gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. Therefore, my dear brothers and sisters, stand firm. Let nothing move you.
