King Oyo was a beacon of hope to not just the people of Tooro but all Ugandans. He demonstrated that leadership and royalty can both be firm and kind. Those of us in his age-range felt his Kingship was relatable. Most sincere condolences to the immediate family, the Batooro and Uganda at large. May he rest in eternal peace.
We deeply condole with the Royal Family and the people of Obukama bwa Tooro in this very very difficult time. May the legacy of His Royal Majesty, Omukama Oyo Nyimba Kabamba Iguru Rukiidi IV continue inspiring us and future generations and may the heavens recieve his soul with grace. Rest with the angels!
