The Federation of Ugandans in Germany extends its deepest condolences to Her Royal Highness the Queen Mother, who has lost a son as Tooro has lost its Omukama. We extend them to the Royal Family and the Royal Courts, to the Omuhikirwa and the officials of the Kingdom, and to the whole of the Obukama bwa Tooro. We extend them to the people of Uganda, who have lost one of the custodians of the institutions that hold this nation’s memory.

We mourn the death of our beloved king. He was installed as a king when i was 9. I have followed his life Journey closely. He was a darling of people of his generation across Uganda. You will be grately missed King Oyo Nyimba Kabamba Iguru Rukidi IV.
It is with profound shock and a heavy heart that I extend my deepest condolences on the untimely passing of our beloved King, His Majesty Omukama Oyo Nyimba Kabamba Iguru Rukidi IV.As an alumnus of Mountains of the Moon University in Fort Portal City, I am deeply pained by this monumental loss. His Majesty was not just our cultural leader, but a visionary who deeply championed higher education, youth empowerment, and regional development across Tooro and beyond. May the Almighty God comfort the Royal Family, all the Batooro and Ugandans during this incredibly difficult time.
