Though he departed at a young age, his legacy and contribution to his people will continue to speak for generations yet to come. During this period of immense grief, my thoughts and prayers are especially with Her Royal Majesty the Queen Mother, the entire Royal Family, and all the people of the Tooro Kingdom.
