Executive Biography:
His Royal Majesty, King Oyo Nyimba Kabamba Iguru Rukiidi IV of Tooro Kingdom was born on 16th April, 1992. At the untimely passing of His father His Royal Majesty King Patrick David Matthew Rwamuhokya Kaboyo Olimi III on 26th August, 1995, the then three (3) years old Prince Oyo as heir-apparent ascended the throne on 12th September, 1995 to be Crowned at Coronation as the King of the Tooro Kingdom thereby entering the Guinness Book of World Records as the World’s youngest reigning Monarch to date.
The Kingdom of Tooro:
The Kingdom of Tooro is over two (2) Centuries old and has been established as a Monarchy since 1822 with a long succession of Monarchs to the existing Monarch His Royal Majesty King Oyo Nyimba Kabamba Iguru Rukiidi IV.
Education
His Royal Majesty King Dr. Oyo is diversely educated having been home-schooled in his formative years then to move onto selective learning environments which were conducive to the rearing of a Monarch. Education remains one of the key focus of His Royal Majesty the King in his agenda to empower the Eight Million (8Million) populace which are within his charge.

Experience and Achievements
- Demonstrated exemplary leaderships as Monarch since the age of 3years (Declared in Genius book of records as the youngest King in the world)
- Nominated a Global Ambassador to end HIV/AIDS by 2030 (Resultant of tireless campaigns to sensitize the youth in several Universities and colleges on the adverse impact of HIV/AIDS)
- Awarded a Honorary Ph.D for his exemplary work as a HIV/AIDS Ambassador.
- Nominated to Advocate for children’s rights by World Vision International among other Agencies in Uganda.
- Championed in collaboration with Her Royal Majesty Queen Dr. Best the Girl Child Education and Women’s Empowerment in Tooro Kingdom and Africa at-large.
- Advocated for Peace in Africa by uniting all African Kings and Cultural Leaders in Uganda and throughout Africa in general.
- Led a Royal Expedition (2022) to climb the Rwenzori Mountain Range (16’000ft) to raise awareness of the adverse effects of Global Warming and mitigation against such adverse impact. Additionally, this expedition was to stimulate the benefits of Mountaineering as a Tourism Product for Ugandans and Foreigners alike.
- Internationally Premiered (2023) the National Geographic filmed Royal Rwenzori Mountain Expedition at the prestigious Legacy International Centre in San Diego California.
- Became a United Nations Global Peace Ambassador (2023).
- Received the Designation of Commander of the Noble Order of Global Peace Ambassadors – CGPA (2023).
- Received the Keys from the Mayors to many Cities in the United States of America.
- Actively a Youth Advocate to the young populace of the Tooro Kingdom.
- Commissioned the Historic “World Monarch Summit” Secretariat to be domiciled in Uganda.
- Established the first of its kind “Model Farm” in the Tooro Kingdom for the purposes of educating the general populace on responsible Agricultural practices irrespective of the land size or location.
- Championing the establishment of an International University in the Tooro Kingdom to service the local communities and the International students which are interested in the curriculum offering.
- Commissioned and led the initiative to save the River Mpanga located at the heart of the Fort Portal City.
- Leads Youth sporting initiatives throughout the Tooro Kingdom to stimulate the young minds and to engage them in meaningful sporting activities.
- Commissioned an ICT Center to be built in the Fort Portal City to enable the Youth of the Tooro Kingdom to become computer literate and well versed in current ICT trending matters.
- The first Monarch in Ugnada to Commission International Special Envoys to manage global affairs and relationships on behalf of the King and Kingdom.
- Commissioned the first ever Christian Crusade to be led by a Monarch of the Tooro Kingdom to widely preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ in the City of Fort Portal (2023).
- Maintains a very cordial working relationship with the President and the Government of the republic of Uganda and has collaborated on many initiatives to support peaceful governance.
Conclusion:
His Royal Majesty King Oyo has ably demonstrated his humility, wisdom and courage as a Monarch to place feet on the ground and inspire his people to follow him in every respect.
His exploits to date have widely demonstrated that he is ready, willing and able to unselfishly work to achieve sustainable development for humanity. His unwavering respect and trust in his Mother Her Royal Majesty Queen Dr. Best has led him to be a well grounded King with tangible demonstrations of many of the positive attributes of the well known Biblical Kings whom have found great favour with God and Man
