Tooro Kingdom’s Vision 2045 will guide the development agenda and transformation of Tooro Kingdom for the next 21 years with the overall goal of empowering the people and communities of Tooro Kingdom for a better life and prosperity. This Vision 2045 will also propel the Tooro Kingdom to become a model for inclusive and sustainable development. Tooro Kingdom’s Vision 2045 will enable our Kingdom to contribute towards the attainment of the National Development Plans and Uganda’s Vision 2040. It will also enable our Kingdom to enormously benefit from significant infrastructure development, improved economic growth and the prevailing peace and security in Uganda.
